Parameters of the video generator were input from photocells in each hand of our cut-out selves. We invited visitors to the gallery opening to try manipulating the colidoscopic display by workin gin pairs holding flashlights in both hands.
The code ran stand-alone on an Atmel AVR Tiny12 available then for about a dollar in quantity. github
