One of the final projects Michael and I did was to configure a few more surplus cards into a pair of DACs and drive a Tektronix 503 oscilloscope as a graphics display. I wrote one program for this. It displayed the word MICHAEL. I have a 35mm slide somewhere of Michael proudly standing next to the scope with his name on it.

I later joined Tektronix and used much more sophisticated scopes but saw once again the 503 on display in the VintageTek museum. site
